New Class Days/Times

Traditional Boxers Workout class has been added to and it is now being held every tuesday and

thursday at 7:15am ,

as well as the usual 8:15am , 4:30pm , 5:30pm and 6:30pm class times on Monday , Wednesday and Thursday.
